• Email address — to respond to your enquiry
• Message content — to understand your project and reply accordingly

How we use your data

Your data is used solely to respond to your contact form submission. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, automated decision-making, or any purpose other than handling your enquiry.

Data storage and retention

Your message is transmitted to us by email via an encrypted SMTP connection (TLS). We retain email correspondence for up to 24 months, after which it is permanently deleted.

We do not store form submissions in a database. We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or tracking pixels on this website.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except for our email service provider (SMTP relay) which is used solely to transmit your message to us. This provider acts as a data processor and is bound by a data processing agreement.
